Now in its 16th year, Sparx City Hop celebrates the connectivity of our community. This renowned one-day event draws 20,000 patrons annually to explore what makes our city so special. Connecting them to more than 100 galleries and artist studios, restaurants, several markets and dozens of retail shops. Sparx City Hop features free trolley lines taking attendees to Playhouse Square, the Campus District/Superior Arts District, Asia Town, Flats East Bank, Gateway District, and Hingetown. Attendees can hop on and off the trolleys at any designated stop from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. In addition to galleries, each area will have live music and other performances, and shops and restaurants will be open for business.

Walnut Wednesdays take place around Perk Plaza at Chester Commons at the corner of E. 12th and Walnut. Downtown workers and residents are invited to stop by for lunch from food trucks and live entertainment each and every Wednesday from May to September.
